Nate Gorrocino is the Vice President of Sales & Estimating for Sunland Asphalt & Construction in Phoenix, Arizona. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Arizona State University’s Del E. Webb School of Construction and brings over a decade of experience in the construction industry. Throughout his career, Nate has held key positions such as Project Engineer, Project Manager, and Estimator. He has been deeply involved in the project management and estimating processes for a wide range of projects across both public and private sectors.

Nate has worked on projects using traditional hard bid and alternative delivery procurement methods with several agencies, including the Arizona Department of Transportation, as well as various counties and municipalities across the state. His broad experience in these areas allows him to bring strategic insight to operations at Sunland. Additionally, Nate shares his expertise as a faculty associate at the ASU Del E. Webb School of Construction, contributing to the development of the next generation of construction professionals.
