Nancy is the Director of Employee Experience, leading the HR Business Partner, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Development teams. With over 20 years of leadership experience including 15 years in the construction industry, Nancy specializes in developing strategies to enhance retention, engagement, and career progression. She serves as a board member with the Phoenix Chapter of the National Association of Women in Construction, the City of Phoenix Workforce Development, and the Arizona Transportation Builders Association workforce committee.
