CITY OF CASA GRANDE CMAR AWARD

Sunland Asphalt & Construction, LLC (Sunland) was awarded the City of Casa Grande Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) contract. This $3.4 million pavement preservation project is anticipated to begin in the fall of 2022. Under this contract, Sunland will provide pre-construction services and complete construction services as the CMAR for the pavement preservation improvements of Florence Boulevard from Pinal Avenue to just west of I-10 in the City of Casa Grande, Arizona. Treatments may include milling, crack sealing, micro surfacing, slurry seal, fractured aggregate surface, polymer modified surface course, and/or asphalt patching/repairs. Sunland will partner with the engineering design team to provide an innovative asphalt hot mix application, providing a high stability surface for the traveling public.
