The City of Tempe Job Order Contract for Paving and Resurfacing of Streets and City Facilities is comprised of multiple services.  Sunland performed paving, asphalt removal, sub-grade and base work, milling, crack sealing, concrete removal and replacement, utility adjustments, loop detectors, striping, signage, traffic control, off-duty officers, along with other related work items.
