Since 1979, Sunland Asphalt & Construction, LLC has completed projects across the country, ranging from parking lot maintenance to major highways. Sunland has grown from an asphalt maintenance company into a full service general contractor. Our comprehensive capabilities include asphalt repair, crack sealing, sealcoating, chip seal, milling, pulverizing, reconstruction, paving, and striping. We also specialize in earthwork and grading, concrete services, utility adjustments, underground wet utilities, and structural concrete. Backed by a skilled team, premium materials, and advanced equipment, we take pride in delivering on our promises—we do what we say we’ll do, when we say we’ll do it.

Sunland Asphalt & Construction, Inc. was founded by CEO, Doug DeClusin in Phoenix, Arizona.

Sunland dove into the market of sports construction with its introduction of Sunland Sports. The division provided the construction of sports surfaces including turf fields, tennis courts and running tracks.

Sunland opened an office in Las Vegas, Nevada to provide asphalt and pavement maintenance services in southern Nevada, northern Arizona, and nearby areas of California.
