Sunland Asphalt & Construction, LLC was established in 1979 in Phoenix, Arizona by founder Doug DeClusin. Since then, we’ve grown to become one of Arizona’s leading asphalt pavement maintenance and general contracting firms, successfully delivering projects for a wide range of public and private clients.
