Eddie Livingston transitioned into the construction industry after retiring from the biotech sector, purchasing Georgia Paving in 2007. With no prior background in construction, he quickly adapted, leveraging his expertise in operations, employee management, and strategic growth to expand the company’s services, including the addition of a milling division.

As Vice President of Georgia Operations, Eddie oversees all business aspects, from financial management and equipment maintenance to employee hiring and daily operations. He is also actively preparing the team for his eventual departure, ensuring a seamless transition.

Eddie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Economics from Berry College in Rome, GA. He has been in the construction industry for 18 years, all of which have been with Georgia Paving, where he previously served as Owner. He is an active member of the Pavement Network, BOMA, AAA, and CNBA.
