Immanuel Martinez serves as the Division Manager, Public Works, at Sunland Asphalt & Construction, LLC. With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Immanuel has managed a diverse range of projects for clients including the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT), Maricopa County Department of Transportation (MCDOT), the City of Phoenix, Pima County, City of Tucson, White Mountain Apache Tribe (WMAT), the Federal Aviation Administration, test tracks, and private racetracks for owners such as ATTESA, APEX Motor Club, Inde Motorsports Ranch, and Formula 1.

Immanuel has been instrumental in introducing and implementing innovative techniques at Sunland, such as 3D paving, asphalt surface texturizing, and specialized asphalt surface treatments. Not only did he lead these initiatives, but he also ensured their successful execution. His technical expertise includes hands-on experience with advanced paving processes like 3D or UTS Paving.

Immanuel is known for tackling the most complex and challenging projects, assembling and leading highly effective teams to ensure that each project meets his high standards and aligns with Sunland’s commitment to excellence.
