Jason is the Division Manager for MPI, A Sunland Company, in Colorado. Jason graduated from Gateway High School and Pickens Technical College with an associate’s degree. With 18 years of experience in the construction industry, he began his career under the mentorship of a former colleague who helped lay the foundation for his career. He started at MPI, working his way up from concrete cutting to the infrared and paving crews, eventually leading the maintenance and repair shop and running the asphalt division. He later served as a Production Manager. He has completed Vista Leadership training and holds OSHA 10 and CPR certifications.

In his current role, he oversees daily operations across concrete and asphalt production, supports shop activities, manages team coordination, reviews bids and job performance, and ensures safety compliance.
