Jeff Coffman is the Fleet Director for Sunland Asphalt & Construction, LLC, overseeing all company equipment and vehicles in Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, and New Mexico. With over 39 years of experience in the construction industry, Jeff specializes in DOT regulations, heavy equipment mechanics, fleet management, and equipment procurement and dispersals.

Jeff ensures that Sunland’s fleet operates efficiently, safely, and in accordance with industry standards. His expertise in preventive maintenance and asset management has been crucial to optimizing fleet performance and extending the lifecycle of assets.

He is an active member of the Associated General Contractors (AGC), Mechanic/Operator Apprenticeship Program, and Arizona Trucking Association (ATA), where he helps shape the industry’s future and stays current on best practices and regulations.
