With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Joe has built a robust background in managing safety protocols across a wide range of projects. His expertise includes risk assessment, safety training, and accident prevention, where he applies his extensive knowledge to create a safe working environment. Joe is a certified FA/CPR/AED instructor and an OSHA 500 instructor, providing valuable safety training to both new and experienced workers. He currently holds the Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST) certification, which underscores his specialized knowledge and commitment to the highest safety standards.

In addition to his experience in the construction industry, Joe brings a wealth of leadership and service to his role from his military background. He has served for over 26 years as an Equipment Operator Senior Chief in the U.S. Navy Reserves, where he has developed strong leadership, operational, and safety management skills. His military service has further reinforced his ability to manage high-pressure situations, instill discipline in safety practices, and lead teams effectively.
