Mike McBride joined Sunland Asphalt & Construction, LLC as Chief Operating Officer in 2025, bringing with him over 20 years of operational leadership experience across strategy, execution, acquisitions, business development, and change management. Raised around the construction industry, Mike developed a deep appreciation for blue-collar work.

Prior to joining Sunland, Mike served as Chief Operating Officer at EnviroServe, a nationwide environmental services company with 45 operating locations. There, he led operations, sales, and safety, playing a key role in the company’s significant organic and acquisitive expansion. Earlier in his career, Mike spent more than a decade at Savage Services, a supply chain and infrastructure services company serving industrial sectors such as environmental, utilities, and oil & gas. He advanced from construction project management to leading business units, overseeing operations, and integrating new ventures.

Mike holds both an MBA and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
