Terry Bartu is the Nevada Division Manager for Sunland Asphalt & Construction, LLC, overseeing operations in Las Vegas and the surrounding areas. With over three decades of experience in the asphalt and construction industry, Terry began his career with Lamb Asphalt in 1987. After Sunland acquired Lamb in 2010, he joined as a General Superintendent, later advancing to Production Manager before assuming his current leadership role.

As Division Manager, Terry is responsible for strategic planning, business development, and project execution, ensuring high-quality standards and operational efficiency. His deep industry expertise and leadership have played a vital role in Sunland’s continued success in Nevada.

Terry is actively involved in several professional organizations, including BOMA, CAI, CAMEO, IFMA, NACM, NPFMA, and NVSAA, staying engaged with industry trends and best practices. His dedication to excellence and customer satisfaction continues to strengthen Sunland’s reputation in the region.
