The Cuba Independent Schools Admin Lot project in Cuba, New Mexico, was done in two phases. First, the Sunland paving crews replaced 37,550 square feet of failing pavement in the administration parking lot in the summer of 2017. Then in 2023, the Sunland crews seal coated the lot with Polymer Modified MasterSeal (PMM).

The parking lot was congested in front of the administration offices. The team worked with the customer to create a new one way striping layout in order to accommodate traffic and alleviate the congestion.
