The Pima Community College Northwest Campus project in Tucson, Arizona, involved a comprehensive asphalt maintenance initiative aimed at preserving and enhancing the longevity of the campus’s parking lots. The project included the application of 24,000 pounds of high-quality crack sealant to repair existing pavement cracks and prevent further deterioration. Following the crack sealing, a protective layer of 17,187 gallons of premium seal coat was applied to safeguard the asphalt from weather damage, UV exposure, and daily wear and tear. To complete the project, 21,000 linear feet of precise striping were added, ensuring clearly defined parking spaces, directional markings, and improved traffic flow for students, faculty, and visitors. This project underscores a commitment to maintaining safe, functional, and visually appealing campus infrastructure.
