Shelby Corners is a large multi-tenant shopping center. A section of the parking lot and the main drive leading into the center had severely deteriorated to the point of becoming a safety issue. The projected consisted of a 2″ mill with a 2″ overlay covering 129,000 square feet. The parking lot and the main drive were restriped to match the previous layout.
