The project at The Peaks HOA in Las Vegas, Nevada, consisted of a crack seal, sealcoat, and restripe over 450,862 square feet. Site work included power sweeping to clean the asphalts surface and power cleaning with high pressure air. Then a crack seal was performed of 1/4 inch and larger with crack sealant, as well as furnishing and applying two coats of Modified Tire Rubber (MTR). The last step was repainting the red curbing throughout the community.
