The Valencia Tech Park project in Tucson consisted of pavement maintenance and preservation services completed over a three-day schedule in April 2026. The scope of work included power sweeping and cleaning, installation of approximately 1,200 lbs of crack seal material, application of 697 gallons of seal coat, and final striping consisting of 1,900 LF using 9 gallons of white paint to refresh parking lot markings and extend the life of the pavement surface.

A unique aspect of this project was that the work was completed at the Sunland Asphalt Tucson Division office, allowing the team to showcase the quality and craftsmanship they deliver to customers on their own facility. The project also required careful coordination to minimize disruptions to daily office operations and equipment movement while maintaining an accelerated schedule.
