This project required prelowering 94 manholes and 7 water valves, as well as locating 82 existing survey monuments in preparation for future replacement. We then milled 38,128 square yards to a depth of 2.50 inches. Fine grading, moisture conditioning and compacting were required for the 38,128 square yards of existing grade. Sunland then paved 38,128 square yards to a depth of 2.50 inches. Existing utilities were adjusted and raised to match new asphalt elevation. All 82 survey monuments were replaced and installed to complete the project.
