This project reconstructed 1/2 mile of the 2-lane roadway to add a continuous center turn lane and dedicated right turn lanes. The work included excavation and grading, water and sewer main installation, storm drain system, curb and gutter, sidewalk, asphalt paving, street lighting and electrical / ITS /Century Link/ Cox duct bank.
