CITY OF GLENDALE JOC AWARD
Sunland Asphalt & Construction, LLC (Sunland) was one of five contractors selected for the City of Glendale’s Pavement Contracting Services Job Order Contract (JOC). The city has budgeted between $10 million and $15 million annually and is anticipated to begin in 2023. Under this contract, Sunland will provide various surface treatments of roadways and parking lots including crack seal, asphalt patch, slurry, sealcoats, overlays, milling, striping, and loop detectors.
